Exchange & Return Policy

   We quality check every product we ship, but if you happen to have an issue with your order, we are happy to offer exchanges, store credit, or refund of product(s) within 14 days after your order is received. 

Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund: 

 

Before starting your exchange or return, please ensure that the item(s) sent back are brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. SK Pawprints will not exchange or refund any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting or have no tags on. If items violate the policy, SK Pawprints reserves the right to NOT Exchange, give store credit, or refund.

We will gladly accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of received order.

 

     Exchange & Store Credit: To process an exchange or store credit, email us at info@skpawprints.com or submit a request on our website. If exchanging, SK Pawprints will provide a return shipping label, with the customer paying the shipping cost of the replacement item. If requesting store credit, we will provide you with a return shipping label. 

       Returns: To process a return , email us at info@skpawprints.com or submit a request on our website. If returning, customers are responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back. We recommend USPS (for U.S. orders) or your local courier. We recommend you add tracking on the package for transparency in monitoring shipping. We also DO NOT refund the shipping fee associated with the order, only the returning item(s).

  • Once product has been received/delivered, please allow up to 5 days for inspection and processing of item(s).

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We DO NOT allow cancellation of any orders. Please make sure you are purchasing only products desired. If you are unhappy with the item or size please submit an exchange or return.
