Shipping Policy

We only ship within the US. Please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. The order should arrive within 3-7 days after shipping date.

Please be sure to check your address as SK Pawprints is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If this is the case, we're happy to ship your package to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

We have no control over transit times and what happens during transit. Once the packages are given to the mail carrier. If your package is delayed, lost or damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.  

Shipping/ Delivery 

• Please check the email or phone number you used to check out for a confirmation email. If you inputted a wrong email or number please reach out to us so we could provide you with a shipping number.
• Processing time can take 3-5 business days and is subjected to change depending on the volume of sales.
• Once your order is process and dropped off at the post office tracking can take-up to 48 to update. Please expect delays during peak season like holidays.
• Once your tracking number has been sent, we are no longer are responsible for the lost or misplaced package. Please carrier for any additional information or steps.
